Our sizing guide will give you a good idea of the size to order, but be sure to read the special sizing information which you can find below. We are dedicated to your complete satisfaction. One of the ways we ensure that is through providing you with detailed information on an item's fit and construction before you buy it. Our goal is to help you can make the correct decision on what particular size you should order. If your size does not appear on the size chart below, then we are out of that particular size. Due to customer requests, we are working to expand the number of XXL items. We would love to carry everything in all sizes, but unfortunately, many items are not offered in larger sizes. All sizes we currently have in stock are listed on our website. Some merchandise dimensions may vary from the averages in the charts as well, so we cannot guarantee that any particular item will fit according to our sizing charts. If you have any questions about the sizing of a product, please contact us! We offer a no-hassle return policy on most of our products, so if you do happen to purchase the wrong size you may simply return any non-customized item in its original condition for an exchange or refund! Please note that all sales of customized items are final. We encourage you to visit our returns page for more details.

What is your return policy? With just two exceptions, nearly everything we offer can be refunded or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Exception: ALL sales are FINAL for gift certificates and items customized with a name, number, icon, or badge. Games, videos, CDs, and DVDs can be returned if they are unopened and remain sealed in their protective plastic wrap. Your return must be in original condition, complete, and timely (delivered less than 30 days ago) for us to process it. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please do not attempt to return your merchandise that does not qualify for a return, as we will not be able to process your return and cannot ship the items back to you. For exchanges, when an item is returned through the mail, you will first be refunded for the returned merchandise and then you will be charged separately for the new item.
